This academy is particularly designed and purposely meant for young leaders of National Bible Societies with in the global fellowship and led by Julie Farrar and Steve Tarpey.
Julie is an organisational and people development specialist with a broad operational background and extensive experience working both internationally and cross-culturally. Steve is a developer with experience in public, private and not-for-profit organisations within the UK, and on a pan-European and global basis. For over 10 years, Steve worked for Roffey Park Institute, one of the UK’s leading Leadership and Management centres.
