Return Policy

General Returns

We appreciates your business and wants you to be pleased with the Bible that you purchase from us! In the event you are unhappy with your merchandise once you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a refund or merchandise credit (less shipping). Returns must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Full refund or credit (less shipping) will be issued for Bible returned within 30 days. Please note that refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for Bible returned after 30 days.

Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition. No credit or refund will be issued for items that you have used and/or damaged. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping.

Compact discs may be returned if unopened. If you receive a compact disc that is defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.

Include your packing slip and/or order number.

Return your items within 30 days of delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us at bookstore@myanmarbible.com and we will replace or refund your order right away.
